Water- it does depend on how much you weigh - for example, someone who weighs an average of 150lb should drink between 75 a 150oz. And if you work out you must always drink more to stay hydrated. Water is your friend it keeps you hydrated and gives you beautiful skin.
Stretch- Please please please do not forget to stretch before and after you work out. It helps keep your muscles from being sore, keeps your muscles flexible and helps with joint motion.
Take a break in between- It is good to listen to your body. Take a day in between workouts to relax and let your body rejuvenate.
